I grew up in rural Victoria, where practicality matters and overcomplicating things doesn’t fly. That perspective has stayed with me throughout my career.
I spent more than 15 years working across enterprise and SMB environments in Australia and the United States, including at Dell supporting everyone from small businesses and schools through to large enterprise environments. While in the US, I was front and centre during the early rise of AI adoption — seeing firsthand what worked, what didn’t, and where small business was being left behind.
